So, as the title states, I'm looking for apps that will help with anxiety. I need an app that is compatible with a Windows Lumia 535 (you don't have to double check I can check it myself) and that don't require WiFi. (so that I can use it away from home). Also, the voice recordings of people telling you to focus on your breathing and stuff like that seem to make it worse, so if you could avoid suggesting those type of apps I'd be grateful. I use(d) an Apple device for these apps so I'm not sure which ones can be compatible with your phone, but here are my suggestions: -What's Up? -Thought Diary -Rise Up I don't quite remember all the features of the above but they might be worth checking out Hope at least one of them helps.
I'll check it out, so far I've found an app called relaxify. It's okay, I guess, but doesn't exactly help. I'll keep looking.
