I'm home alone which an't new for me but something about today I don't really feel safe I feel like someone is in my attic wich is ascesable from my naboers house and I recently learned that they may be doing heroin I feel like someone's in my house this is just a feeling I actually have no evidence it may just be my paranoia disorder
I think if you could, you should share this feeling with someone around you like a close friend if you can. You've only had this thought today, it's not like you've been obsessing about it for ages.
