In real life I'm fairly introverted and don't really have any good connections. As a result, for things where I need references, like job applications or passports, I drag it out forever because I don't know who to ask....So far I've got 2 references, but I need one more :/

I realize this sounds kinda sad, but if anybody had advice on finding references, or job hunting in general, it'd be appreciated. ^_^

They're mostly looking for former managers and colleagues that can speak to your work (for job applications, anyway). If your work history is sparse, have you done any volunteer work? What about teachers or professors? Once you've decided, reach out to them. I know it's easy to put it off but buckle down and send those emails.
