Why do you think you're blaming everything on yourself?

Okay. So, I am not qualified in any way to answer this, but I will try to help.

    1) Find someone you can talk to about feeling that way. It could be anyone, a friend, a parent, a therapist. (I know that some people do not have the ability to confide in a person for whatever reason, in which case writing down your feelings is a good alternative.)

    2) After you have spoken or written down your thoughts, try to evaluate why you feel so angry at yourself. (ex. How is this your fault?, How did your actions affect this?) You may find that once you are in a calmer peace of mind and have vented in some way, things could look a little different.

Hope this helps, at least a little.

From viewing your past threads, you seem to be facing a lot of stress and aggravation over having to move to Spain and thus having to break up with your boyfriend...
This is clearly not your fault so you don't need to blame yourself for this...
You can't change what's going to happen so you need to except it...
As for your boyfriend, it will be hard to let go but it's for the best...

If there are any other things that are bothering you, feel free to say...

How long are you staying in Spain? Are you staying forever or for a short time?

Oh.. I'm not sure what you can do then.. You most likely can't keep a 4 year long distance relationship but ere will be positives.. It's a fresh start with new friends to be made.. New opertuneties and many amazing skills to be learned...

I'm not very good at this myself but try to focus on the positives.. It's a once in a lifetime experience
