The Gender Identity and Expression Category can help you answer your question. Please give it a look, as filling a reply with multiple tips can take quite a while. I can give you one important tip which is: Avoid mirrors.
Depends on where abouts you get dysphoria, there are lots of things to try out. I'm not sure what your designated sex at birth is so I'll mix up a couple of options: binding, packing, cutting/growing your hair, not shaving/shaving, wearing makeup. What I find pretty effective is buying new clothes, sometimes it doesn't work but if I'm having a really bad day putting on a new shirt or jeans can make me feel a lot better about myself. Just make sure you find brands that properly fit you.
