I keep having what I think are panic attacks. I can't breathe properly, my chest tightens, I started shaking and hyperventilating, end up feeling incredibly stressed and dizzy. Any way should I tell my therapist? Or does that come off as attention seeking and/or whiny?

Yes you should definitely tell your therapist. They need to know all of what's happening in order to be able to help you.

You should absolutely tell your therapist. For that matter, your therapist needs to know *everything* going on for you. Without that information s/he won't have a full picture of who you are and what you're experiencing, and won't be able to help you effectively.

It is not whiny at all. What's going on with you is what therapists are around for, to help. I think you should definitely tell them.
