"pulling clingy shirts away from my chest" dysphoria?

    Is this a type of dysphoria? anyone else get this? i feel the need to do this... if this is dysphoria it feels like an itchy shirt that i can't take off :O i don't usually do this when i'm binding though so it's like there's a relief...

    Uh, do you do it because you're trying to conceal your boobs more, or is it just because of the binder making shirts look awkward if you don't? I'd only consider the first dysphoria, but yes, I do this for both reasons, though I rarely bind nowadays.

    i'd say both the 2nd one because some of my shirts don't work well with a binder tbh it looks "bulky" and in some shirts it's easy to tell i have a chest :O but usually when i wear a binder i feel better
