Have to tell someone...

    We think our cat had a stroke a couple weeks ago and based on several things we've decided he needs to be put to sleep.

    I think I could handle that by itself because I don't want the cat to suffer so I know logically it is the right thing to do. Except that since it is Christmas I don't want to tell anyone for fear of "ruining" Christmas for them...

    I just really could use a hug and a good cry and I feel like I'm having good to "be good".
