One of the things that has really slowed down my coming out has been the lack of support for bisexuals. I'm really searching for community right now, and in that spirit when I find resources that I think are good I want to post them on this thread. Don't want others after me to have to reinvent the wheel. This is a link to Bi.org specificity the Faces of Bisexuality. Click on any of the circles and it gives you a profile of someone who is bisexual and their personal perspective, and problems they have had.
