I've been wanting top surgery for quite a while now but was always at a loss with how to start searching for surgeons. I've recently gotten back into gender therapy so I'll be able to obtain the letter I need. What I'm wondering is, for those of you who have had top surgery, -How did you find your surgeon? -Did they require a letter from a therapist? -Did you get the procedure done in your home state or did you have to travel? -If you did have to travel, was it inconvenient to go back for revisions (if any were needed?)
