A while back I made a tread about how I was worried I would never get male roles in musicals. it turns out I don't have to worry. I had an audition for one recently that I didn't think I'd get a part in at all, and I auditioned as female because that's where my vocal range is, but they called me and said they wanted me in the show and that they wanted me to play a male role. I guess the shortage of men in community theatre has worked in my favor once again... Now I just have to learn how to make myself sound like a tenor.
