I just woke up from about a 2 hour rest because I felt the need to throw up. When I get in the bathroom, nothing happens. It feels like it calmed down but I know its still hiding. What should I do?

I feel like I need a little back story to this. What were you doing before you felt like puking?

Eat some boiled rice. It helps soak up the toxins in your body, and then you just digest it normally. This usually does the trick (but that's just me).

Hope this helps, get well soon.

Just laying in bed and all of a sudden the urge just hit. It happens every now and then I just wondered if there was someway to make it less intense or even go away.

Thanks. I will definitely try it and see how it works.
