I have a fascination with drag queens and they are a turn on. I was wondering since I am a female can I be a female drag queen or no?

A drag queen, no. By definition you can't, unless you get a gender change operation.
But a Faux Queen yes (Fake Queen), or a Drag King.

The scary thing is, while ALL are female, only one remotely looks like she could be female.

I don't know anything about drag queens (I got invited to a drag bar once (apparently that's a thing? I was totally gonna go too, but then they cancelled on me)but I don't see any reason why you couldn't.

I've only really heard of females being drag kings. I was recently looking into this because it interests me too

I suppose you could dress like a drag queen, yes. By definition you'll never be a *real* drag queen, but does that matter?
