This is Just me getting some stuff out there~ I have been felling disconnected from joy and happiness My mind keeps having negative thoughts and Doubt I have been journaling, Gratitude Journaling mediating but sometimes I just don't feel like doing it but either way I am taking a mediation class monday. Any advice I feel as if the past has been coming to mind and others Way of thinking is affecting me to much Any advice on how to correct my thoughts? I know either way this will pass~ Thank you for reading.
I think the meditation class will help a lot. If you're into yoga, that can be helpful too. Either way, having some sort of outlet is essential, as is a distraction to your negative thoughts and doubt. Do you have a goal in life? Something to work towards? Maybe you should seek one out, even if it's small. Things like that can keep you going and motivate/inspire you to keep pressing on.
