Hurtful and painful mind.

  1. Ive been rambling about this before on here
    I'm trying to get my thoughts under wrap now I feel as if some painful memories are coming back to mind along with Doubt, hateful/resentful thoughts.
    I have been mediating and slowly recconecting to my regular emotions
    but can anyone here in here might reccomend anything?
    Frankly I mainly posted on here to let some of this stuff out

    Have you tried cognitive behavioral therapy?

    I just beat the memories down by being too busy and stuff to let them come though, break down and repeat. Yeah I don't recommend that.

    Relaxation and mediation can help; I spent a whole summer learning how to keep things down and keep from blowing up all the time.

    Still; I'd recommend therapy or some kind of treatment that involves talking to someone since it really can help get things off your chest.

    Feel free to let out, it's good to do, especially somewhere safe like here.
