Ok first off, I'm not a sicko at all; that's why I'm trying to get opinions on this. If at a sleepover and my guy friends are asleep, if I thoroughly wash my hands, then finger them or jack them off, is that considered rape?
I'd consider that molestation/sexual assault/rape. O_O If they're unable to give consent, you're taking advantage, soooo yeah. LoL
Any absence of consent is rape, so yes it is. They can't consent if they're unaware that it's happening.
Gotta agree. Not right, and the way the laws are written in some jurisdictions, it could be charged as rape. I'd recommend keeping to consensual encounters.
The simplest way to evaluate many of these situations is to reverse it. How would you feel if someone started to fondle you while you were asleep? Particularly if you were straight and the other guy was gay? Most likely you'd feel extremely violated and it would destroy any bond of trust between you and the other person. Most such questions can be answered by looking at them through that lens.
