after some thought stopping exercises it feels like my mind is full of Doubtful,painful memories and guilty thoughts but how can I break these patterns?
The best way is to redirect them into positive ones. If you make a mistake just say to yourself "I'm only human." Everyday say "I'm getting better everyday in every way!" Getting involved in helping others can aid in alleviating guilt. Exercising is also beneficial for boosting confidence and a positive mood.
