There is no fail-proof way, short of harassing someone and forcing them. At 13, and all the way until you're even 20 or 21, your hormones are all over the place. You may have a lot of impulses, but that doesn't mean that you should act on them. I suggest that you stick to fantasies instead. When I was 15, I went to an all-boys school as well, but I didn't even think about trying to seduce another guy, simply because it's reckless and likely harmful for both you and the other person.
