As a couple of my threads have mentioned I had a scary freak out the other day which ended in my taking a knife to my arm. Its far easier to write/type down than explain face-to-face for me, so I was thinking of writing a note with it on and giving it to her at my next session, would they accept that?

I'm sure they would if they are worth anything as a therapist. I imagine they will want to talk about it eventually, but I'm sure they can work with you toward that point just as with anything else a patient might not want to discuss initially.

I think anything that helps the therapist gain a complete understanding of your situation would be very helpful.

    Hope this helps,
