Default Walking in Rhythm

So since starting my job over the summer, I've been walking regularly again pretty much every week day. The walks themselves usually last around twenty minutes, but on a Friday I finish early and since I can't get picked up, I then proceed another long walk that takes around half an hour to the bus stop. On that same Friday, I do yet another walk to do my paper round (yeah I still have one of these ), which is approximately forty minutes.

It's amazing that over the last two weeks, I've lost two and a half pounds and have lost a lot of the stomach fat I've had over the past few years. I feel accomplished now that I lost the weight and have regained a more slim and slender figure that I don't think I've had since my early teens.

Anyone else get a good deal out of walking for regular exercise?

This is the first thought I had when I read the title of this thread, and I legitimately thought that was what the thread would be about xD

It is indeed. I used to walk to school too, before I went to high school some years ago.

Funny, I was actually referring to the Blackbyrds song, but at least you picked the only decent scene from a medicore sequel.
