But, this time I felt like I pulled something in my stomach a bit. It only hurt for a second but now I'm paranoid I did something weird. It's right in the middle of my stomach, on the right side. I found this perfect picture on google, it's about right where this girl is pointing. ![]() I think my imagination and the fact that I've rubbed it several times makes it feel weird now, but idk. =/ I'm always paranoid of hernias... do you think I'm okay?? Basically, is it that easy to get hernias (or anything that won't heal by itself)?

In the area that you're pointing at, a hernia would be a weakness in the muscles that allowed a section of the intestine to slip through the area of weakness. So, if it were a hernia, you would have felt a mild pop sensation and there would have been a bump that you would be able to feel or in some cases see. From the description that you gave, it is more likely that you pulled a muscle when you were lifting. |

It didn't hurt afterwards... i'm just paranoid... I think it's fine :S
