It's very normal. Your body is burning more fuel than usual. How much do you work out? Try eating five small meals a day instead of three large ones. Also, eat healthy, but filling, foods, like brown rice or oatmeal. You also need protein to make you feel full. Quinoa and peanut butter are great sources of protein (don't eat them together, that would be gross, lol). Good luck!

Actually two to three hours is supposed to be how long it is before you start feeling hungry again. I always start off with a huge breakfast (600-700 HEALTHY calories), and then every three hours after that is a snack or another meal. Every other three hours is a full meal (I.E. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack). I have a lean protein with every meal and snack, and hardly any of the calories I have are fat calories.

Anyways, in short, YES you are experiencing something that is normal. It's good that you are feeling hungry this often, especially if you exercise. It's a sign that your metabolism is keeping a steady rate all day long, which is a great way to lose unwanted weight.

To not feel hungry, eat foods that contains healthy fatty acids and protein. Fat does not equal growing fat.

At your gym, as for a trial session of personal training. It's usually free and you can ask about proper workout and dieting and what ou are doing wrong

Getting hungry is a sign that your body is using energy instead of storing fat. It's a good sign and it means that your workout is effective.

As suggested, you may need to modify your diet a bit. Adding a bit of fat (like a pat of butter or whole milk) to your breakfast will help you avoid that mid-morning sugar crash. And you should make sure you have a snack after your workout- something like peanut butter does give you a carb and protein boost, as does a protein shake.

One way to increase your metabolism is to include some green vegetables in your diet.

You should also be careful of cutting things out completely, that will make your body store that when ever you eat it and turn it into fat. When working out your body uses allot more energy that usual. Try high protein energy bars before or after exercising, you can even take a few fruits with you and eat it afterwards

metabolism is kicking into high gear. You should eat every 2-3 hours.
Think of your stomach as a coal engine you have to keep putting fuel in it to keep it running and the more you demand it to do the more fuel it'll need. But if you put bad fuel in it'll perform badly, so eat healthy
