Not ‘I don’t like spiders’ arachnaphobic, but ‘oh shit a spider was killed in that spot of carpet three months ago and I still can’t step on it’ arachnaphobic. And since I live in a rural area, its kinda hard to avoid spiders. They terrify me. Every moving shadow I see out of the corner of my eye, every still shadow for that matter, becomes a spider to me. When I see my shadow moving against a wall at night I jump because I see it as a spider. When my hair brushes across my cheek I think it’s a spider web. It isn’t feasible to spray Mortien everywhere because we have cats. And besides I’m too scared of spiders to spray them with Mortien  Its really really really bad a night and sometimes keeps me from sleeping. What can I do to handle this?

Because Arachnaphobia that extremr is an anxiety disorder!
