Default Sleep-Walking again... possible trigger?

The last time I was sleep-walking, I lived downtown in a small apartment that was way above my price-range. I would wake up, and the car would be moved, and I'll be out of gas, and I'll be wearing my jacket, or my jacket would be thrown beside the bed...

Never slept cooked or cleaned, but I did sleep drive and I went on the computer while asleep.

I haven't since I moved to my new home.

Recently though, I've noticed I've been out of gas a lot, and my coat - which I always throw on the chair beside the table - would now be in the office, thrown over the back of my computer chair, and my car keys would be beside the computer... and the computer ( which I never leave on ) is left on. And the pillows on the couch have been rearanged, or I am lying on a different side of the bed then the one I fell asleep on, or I have posted something weird online, or the kitchen/living room had been trashed...

Now a few weeks ago, I went through the worst time of my life. Actually, this last little while has been hell on me.

My parents found out I was trans,
I broke up with my girlfriend
My best friend found out I was trans, and now never wants to speak to me again
I saw the gender-specialist, and she's going to start me on my journey to becoming a man, BUT:
I may have Ovarian Cancer, so before I can start that journey, I have to go get screened for Ovarian Cancer.

Since the break up and coming out as trans, that's when I noticed these little things ( or big technically ), and they are happening more frequently...

Do you think this could have triggered my sleep-walking? Should I be concerned?
