Default Many symptoms, zero answers.

I've been to the doctors multiple times, usually my doctor just ignores me and tells me I need to lose weight (which I do) because my blood pressure is just under the minimum to prescribe blood pressure medication.

The one time they address my problem they said they didn't know.

So..

1. Rash on right arm. Resembles dry skin but will not get better with lotion or any other rehydrating treatment. It started on my forearm, now it's on all of my fingers on my right hand. I've had this rash for at least a year on my forearm and for a few months on my finger (started on ring finger.) Rash on forearm and the rash on hand. The images looked fine on my phone, but the contrast seems sharper on my monitor. Random note.
2. My right arm is noticeably weaker than my left. This just happened recently, it takes a bit more effort to move it and it constantly feels like my muscles have been overworked so it's always has the feeling of being tired, even when resting.
3. Vanishing 'ibs'? I had extremely bad IBS symptoms for 2 years and they vanished overnight (literally) with no change in my physical or mental health.
4. Deep bone pains (in arms and right shine.) It feels like growing pains, but affects a wider area and is much duller.
5. Noticeably slower thinking times. I have started stuttering and slurring as well. I also have a much harder time understanding what people say.
6. The insides of my ears always itch?
7. Trouble keeping my balance at times.

So..yeah..I've mentioned all of these to my doctor (except 2 since I haven't been there since it started) and they basically said they didn't know and went on to my weight. Any ideas for me to shoot to the doctor since he's incapable of thought?

Flagging for KB. Sounds like an odd combination of symptoms, but some of them sound serious.

Ask for a referral to an internal medicine specialist. They're the ones who are more persistent about running tests and finding answers.

If your insurance plan doesn't require a referral, then make the appointment with the internal medicine specialist yourself.

Ask your doctor for a kidney function test and to be referred to haematology or renal specialists if there is any odd results in the blood work at all. Most of your symptoms are signs of uremic poisoning (early kidney failure) which can be usually be sorted if you get it seen to quickly. I notice on your pictures that there are white marks under your nails as well which is a sign of a calcium imbalance (again fits with kidney problems).

Hope that this helps.

I always tell people... look at your diet, and try cutting the gluten (wheat/barley/rye/malt) out for a few weeks. Gluten intolerance and Celiac Disease is a lot more common than people think, and it can seriously mess you up.

But yes, time to see a specialist, and I second what Mike said.

Good luck! Keep us updated?

High blood pressure can lead to kidney damage, so if those are symptoms of kidney damage, it may be worth looking into so you don't die.

I agree you need to see a specialist. The pic or your forearm rash looks similar to a rash I get from time to time. In my case it is some type eczema, I forget its name. In my case allergies and stress cause it to flair up. Allergies would explain the ear itching also.
