I am a 41 year old married mother of 2. I would describe my sexuality as fluid. I am attracted to both genders. I have been married to my husband for 17 yrs, out to him for the last 1.5 yrs or so - but he said it was NO SURPRISE TO HIM!! lol It actually saved our marriage when I finally admitted it to myself and to him. It was like releasing the steam from a pressure cooker or something. I suddenly felt free, for the first time I can remember. I am only out to a few close friends/colleagues. Our kids are in their early to mid teens, and have endured much the last couple of years. I don't want to add to their stress. We living a small city which is pretty right wing. My background is VERY conservative religious Christian (think head-covering, no makeup, no pants, no jewelry, etc). So I have come a freakin' looooong way, baby! Many paradigm shifts over the last 5 yrs. I am now an ordained metaphysical minister, working on my MA in metaphysics (thesis on meditation). I am opening a holistic business in the new year, have already done a great deal of counseling folks. Am now certified in massage, too. I love my life!
