| Member Regular Member   Gender: Male Orientation: Gay Out Status: Not out at all Location: Ireland Age: 23 Posts: 13 Join Date: Dec 2011 |  Hi!!! :) Hey im chris and im pretty much new to this site. i joined because i hate being alone with the fact that im gay and i havent come out to anyone, i guess its hard because i dont believe that my family would be very accepting. i suffer from social anxiety so i find it very difficult to get out of the house and make some friends, i suppose it would be easier to have a friend to come out to rather than a member of my family. another reason i joined was to make some friends, i know it only online but its better than having no friends at all. |

And the thing is, we're all still strangers to you. That took quite some courage on your part. Coming out does not have to be something you're afraid of doing, it doesn't have to be something you have to do right this very minute. You set the particulars of your own Coming out. When, where and whoever you tell is your decision. If you're having difficulty with something, or just need some advice, don't hesitate to ask. AM.
