| Well Known Full Member   Gender: Male Orientation: Gay Out Status: Eveyone but my Grandparents Location: Brampton ON, Canada Age: 16 Posts: 105 Join Date: Dec 2011 |  Told my parents Today I decided to tell my parents that I am gay. I emailed my mom cause I was too scared to actually tell them. At first she was upset because she was having a bad day and me emailing her instead of telling her made it a little more hectic. But after awhile she apologized and was very accepting. When she came home she told me she had told my dad and that he was undecided. She went to talk to him and they came back. I went into the kitchen because I needed to feed one of my dogs and he hugged me and said everything would be the same. I am very relieved because I was afraid he would not except me and shun me for it but him accepting me is a very relieving thing. So all in all a pretty productive day. |
