I live in South America and finding a therapist here, especially one who speaks English, is nearly impossible. I have many issues that I desperately need to talk to someone about, butI just can't find anyone. Also, I have no job so I have very little money. I want to find an online therapist but every one of them that I have seen want money, no one does pro bono therapy. I need advice. Please help!!
