Trust me, you went this far not because of some ghost of a suspicion you might be gay, believe me, you'll like it and you'll learn to love it later.

Its just fear of change and the unknown. This was not a decision you came to lightly, youve put alot of thought and consideration into it, you cant second guess yourself or you will drive yourself crazy. It will just take time to get used to the new you.

Ric,

A lot of people have this moment just as they're about to come out or right after. You know the thought is illogical. All you have to do is remember the anxiety and stress you lived under while staying in the closet. Straight people don't feel that way.

Additionally, as I'm sure you know, you don't have to have sex with a guy to know that you're gay. Being gay is more than just sex.

I had the same worries...and they grew after my first encounter didn't quite live up to everything I had built it up to be in my head. How could it after 30 years of anticipation and nothing but porn to compare it too? But after getting over my nerves and finding the right guy, I've learned to love it and you will too.
