Seems like some of us later-in-life types have been having a rough time this week. Maybe it's something in the air, or the never-ending winter (at least in my part of the world), or maybe it's today's holiday celebrating love that has made so many of us worry, re-think and thrash around emotionally the way we (me included) have. Since I joined EC last July, I have had days where I felt like a frightened and confused child, a drifting and unsure adult, and a caring parent trying in a stumbling way to find some reservoir of knowledge to help someone with a problem I really don't have the experience to solve. Through it all, I've been amazed and impressed and appreciative of the truly special, wonderful people here. You are what love is about, all of you. So if you have no one else to tell you this today, or if you don't have the RIGHT one to tell you, let me just say to you all, I LOVE YOU!!! You are all fabulous. Go figure, earlier this week I felt like I was in a dark tunnel trying to find my way out, and now I'm trying to get back in it.

don't apilogizr, best fun I had all day. ice water is great for appetite control. and sore throat. at least today is basically done, I winder if there will be another to come? probably not like this.... just felt like a soectator and referee all afternoon.
