    Having a rough one today.

My wife has been with me through a bunch of traumatic (and aftermath of previous) stuff. She's my closest friend and confidant.

Having a very confused and conflicted day.

I didn't get very much sleep last night and I'm sure that's dragging my coping skills right on down. Haven't been able to exercise this week with a hurt knee.

Thanks for the hugs. Needed today.

Sleep deprivation is awful, I've been there. With the combination of that and not being able to exercise I can see why you feel down. Are you able to rest or are you working? X

    At work.

You know, I've got a meeting coming up shortly that I want to attend, but maybe I can leave after that. I can make up the time.

My previous jobs I might not have been able to do that, and I'm kinda unlearning that pressure too.

Get some rest if you can. I had a week off when I couldn't cope anymore. You must be good to yourself or you will make yourself ill and that won't help anyone. X

Good night of sleep did help for sure.

Feeling a little more accepting today. Had a good hard laugh yesterday about just how hilarious this whole situation is. Fighting against everything that 'makes sense'.
