Hello All.. Been quite a while since I posted. Past couple months my daughter and father have been hospitalized and it's been difficult. My youngest is about to graduate high school. A lot of transitions. During that time a man who I've been friends with, FB, friends with benefits, dating... Has become so much more :icon_bigg. One night after my kid went to bed, he came over and told me he loves me. I was really waiting for that moment, at the same time dating other guys.. Since I didn't know where this would go... It's been beautiful. The depth of connection has been astonishing. And now, that's evolved to us living together. Me, my kid, him, his kid. Under one roof. An amazing relationship. Even his Mom has stayed with us. And accepted us. It's been 12+ years for me, 5+ years for him since either have us have had a live in partner. So there's lots of things to figure out. Who's stuff goes where. How to discipline each other's kids. Finances. Sex with other men (yep). As much as I love him, what's even more wonderful is how much I'm letting myself be loved by him. We were at New Jersey Pride Festival last week, North Jersey Pride today. As a couple. Fully out. With our kids, friends, so many new gay friends. It doesn't just get better...it can be wonderful !
