Thought I would just share with ECers a really positive thing. Have just got back from a weekend retreat for gay men - based in the West Sussex countryside (UK) - run by the incredible guys from London based organisation called the Quest - check out their website. If any UK gay men are struggling with their identities or any of the many faceted challenges that face us then this organisation is here to help in an incredible transformational way. I feel loved, inspired and empowered … and yes things do truly 'get better' xxxx
