Just needed to share some good news - My 17 year old daughter just got accepted early admission to university! What a weight off her shoulder. Maybe she will start to become a normal human again now that the pressure is off :eusa_danc With all the life changes she has been through, because of her father, this is definitely one that puts her in a great place!
Congrats! Ummm... normal human being? Forget that dude. She is 17!!!! May as well hope a new car doesn't have that new car smell. You got plenty of "off gassing" in the years ahead. LOL TOM
Very cool news, indeed. Congrats to both of you. In Anglophone North America, an offer of early admission to a university is an indicator that she was a very strong applicant within the pool. And, then, if it's a prestigious school, that's really something to write home about. So, again, congratulations and I hope she does really well!
congrats, if they turn normal at 17let me know:icon_wink i have a 16 year old boy at home. Never mind, normal aint happening he's my kid:roflmao:
Congrats! I'm so happy for your daughter and you. Hopes she passes with flying colours when she has her oncoming course work/exams.
I'm not sure of the origin of that phrase, but it certainly makes me think of a rainbow of colors! :icon_bigg
