    Hi,

I was talking to a therapist today and he spoke of the mind having many "voices". At times of our lives some voices get too loud, too talkative. I mentioned this video...

I had a black dog, his name was depression: http://youtu.be/XiCrniLQGYc

The therapist indicated depression is just one of the voices. Any of the voices can become a black dog.

If you watch this think of the closet as a "voice" too.

Same advice offered in video orks for all voices that are too loud, too talkative.
