Since coming out to my wife and going to a therapist (2yr in March)for my gender issues. Which has been very stressful on a marriage. She is still trying to wrap her head around it,but she is supportive. And narrowing down to where on the spectrum i am. I feel more comfortable interacting female slightly more than 1/2 of the time, more so to not be out to everyone.
Started low dose HRT under my PCP.(7 months ago, and slowly increasing) That has so made my level of GD manageable. But still working on incorporating Or trying to incorporate a slight feminizing to my clothing. I am already epilating and shaping my eyebrows. Just kinda stuck on adding to the wardrobe, hints of girl to it.
Any hints or advice are very welcome, . And How do you deal with being Genderfluid?
