Just wanted to give a quick update on my "Coming Out". It's been a little over two months that I first came out. I've now told almost all those that I want to hear from my lips that I am Gay. About 25 people. With about 5 to go. Everyone has been wonderfully supportive. People have hugged, cried, we've shared jokes because I'm a natural ball breaker, and big supportive smiles. I've been overwhelmed with love from everyone. All those years of anguish and fear have been washed away with love and support. I only pray that everyone has the same "Coming Out" that I have. I'm in such a great personal place. Now for the next step navigating the gay scene at 51. Lord help me. The #itgetsbetter is so true.
Congratulations! As for dating at our age, well, let's just say that this has not proved to be a problem...
