My gender dysphoria has been really high the last few days because I'm identifying female and it feels like there isn't much that I can do. It's really frustrating and I'm just not sure what to do to relieve the stress that builds during this time.

I feel like my skin is crawling and I'm going to just break down at any time in the middle of my work place. I normally would just go home but I have a huge trip coming up and I'm moving on Monday and Tuesday so I can't take more time off.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get through this?

    Hey Bobby,

Not sure I have any specific advice. Are you working with anyone professionally about this? The two friends you list as being out to, can you talk with them? Does talking about it help you?

Masturbation for temporary relief. If that works well the "looking forward to it" can make your days better too.
