I'm not sure this forum is the right one to recommend a book but I think it would be a big help to others like myself that are older. The book is "Urgings of the Heart" by Wilkie Au and Noreen Cannon. It is beautifully written and helped me to better understand and appreciate me for who I am. I hope you'll find it helpful as well!
