    In this case "the blahs". I invite you to read the short concise article. There is much to garner and much of what is stated within this article also applies to dealing with sexuality.

    Example:

    I say, yup. Meditation is my friend. Oh ya, imagining holding hands with a guy I have eyes for rocks. (!)
