This week on facebook, one of my friends posted about cartoon crushes. I was sad that I am not out enough to join in, but I though yall might have fun talking about your childhood (or current) cartoon crushes.

HA! haven't thought of this until now.

Couldn't get images to show here but He-Man was one. I forgot how skimpy his drawers were for Saturday morning cartoons even. Yowza!

And of course Zan of the Wonder twins. What a cutie!

I loved all the lady autobots, but especially Moonracer. Now that I'm an adult, she and Chromia strike me as so queer coded, im surprised neither one transforms into a Subaru Forester. Four female autobots off living without any of the men for so long that the bad guys thought they were extinct? I sense that they did a lot of indigo girls karaoke at their home base.

I'd second the He-Man vote. I just used to look at the poster on the wall, and look at the curve in those furry pants...

For me, it was Velma from Scooby Doo. I always thought her brain was sexy... and she had nice legs!

    Yes, velma!

I want to read the unbeatable squirrel girl so much! I want to read so many comics!

Damn, if we are talking about comic crushes, I'm going to have more posts later....

Damn! Who's that girl in the orange!?

    ---------- Post added 14th May 2016 at 05:38 PM ----------

Now that Ithink about it, maybe I liked Husk / Paige Guthrie so much because her super power was basically super stripping. [IMG]

Lots of my school notebooks include me trying to copy this drawing of M. I think M maybe stood for Mysterious to me.[IMG]

I Loved the New Mutants. I loved Illyana. I loved Kitty. I never picked up on the subtext that they were more than friends. [IMG]
Tickling getting Kitty so excited that she phases through the bed.... That happened.... [IMG]

Girl in orange is Fay from Cowboy Bebop. Great anime.

Squirrel girl has already had a restart from 1# for some reason. Probably something funky marvel is doing. It's hands-down the best comic I read in a long time. I really want to cosplay her.

I like Francine from Strangers in Paradise too. But it bitter sweet because she looks like the girl I loved in highschool. I had about as much success as Katchoo too.

Yeah, Marvel restarted most numbering because of yet another secret wars crossover. Crossovers are the main things that keep me from regularly spending money on big two comics. Grr. I mean, I would still be following Howard The Duck if they didn't keep messing with stuff. I saw a Howard Squirrel girl crossover happening, though, so that's awesome.

BTW, read Sex Criminals. Two wonderful, hilarious writers, one of whom also worked on Howard the Duck.

Here's another one, less commonly known. Agatha Heterodyne, from the Girl Genius comics. Steampunk genius inventor, with a slightly evil streak.
