Live near Orlando and have no visibility in my town....

I would just like to express my frustration in not being able to join an lgbt+ meetup group or anything of that kind. There is only ONE lgbt+ group around me but I can't get there. It's in Orlando. And I know lightning hardly ever strikes twice.. but I kind of don't even want to ever go into Orlando again. There isn't even a gay bar in my town. Not one! The lgbt+ visibility here is zero. .... I feel so alone. .... It just sucks.

 

We have 2 gay bars, but they are the tiniest places ever, and it's quite common that people get attacked in front of them
