I caught myself AGAIN reacting to what the "emotional portions" of my brain were recently saying. The difference this time, I'm listening and recognizing when this message is being broadcast inside my head. Habit PLAYS A LARGE ROLE to this delivered message and my subsequent behavior.

Basically when I'm wronged my reaction is run and hide. Crawl under a rock. Ah but this time when I wanted to crawl under a rock I went for a long walk and asked myself, what does this broadcast message say and mean? Then I wrote down the "say" and "means" in my journal.

Once captured in the journal, I reflected on the message.
