I am running for Equality, welfare and diversity officer at my university and I'd like to ask you all, if you had an officer such as this at your school, university, or even workplace, what would you want them to do for you? Now obviously being someone who is there to talk about problems is one of the main jobs, I'll also sit main councils to decide on university wide matters as well as paying regular visits to the LGBTQ* society. Is there anything else you would want from this kind of officer? Any help would be much appreciated! Steve
