My sister says that she likes guys, but she seems a bit too close with her friends. Cuddling, hugging, and always paying attention to them. She is 13. I have no idea who she is... (Her sexuality.) Help/hugs will be appreciated (*hug*)
A lot of teenage girls are super affectionate with their friends - affection with friends doesn't dictate same-sex attraction
Girls (at least from my perspective) tend to be more touchy feely with others. I was never really like that myself, but I've seen plenty of ladies in high school hugging or holding hands, and no one bats an eye. I suppose it isn't considered unusual with girls. Makes it all the more frustrating for a lesbian such as myself though haha. She could just be straight, and just happens to be overly affectionate. If there's an underlying romantic reason for it, then I'm sure she'll figure it out on her own.
Haha me and one of my friends once skipped around the school grounds holding hands. Some people just love cuddles ^^
I understanding if you're feeling a bit of the protective older sibling thing, that's fully understandable in that case. My sister has confessed one or two crushes on girls to me, which has made me wonder. In fact, I made a post similar to this one. But I think the people above are right; it's probably best to lay low.
All the girls in my year were like this when I was in school, all the way until we graduated at 18-19. Only one of them was gay and she was among the least touchy-feely.
Its been a while since my little sister was that young... But she had some overly affection friends from what I can recall. She herself is a pretty big huger, hugs everybody. I agree with everyone above, it might be just her way and have nothing to do with her orientation.
