The other night I was watching porn and masturbating, everything was going fine, you know. Pretty standard stuff. I decided to watch a video that was a little outside my realm of normality, although not entirely. It was a domination/bisexual video. Neither of which (individually) are completely unfamiliar to me. And it was one of the best porn videos I've ever seen! It was great. It got my heart rate up really high, I got an adrenaline rush, all those things associated with excitement. But something wasn't right. Mentally, I loved it but for some reason my penis just wasn't having it :eusa_naug I was fully hard and then...nothing  It would have been like the perfect climax, except I couldn't climax.
So my question is- why? I mean, I found all of the people involved sufficiently attractive, the acts and such were great, I mean, I got an adrenaline rush from how much I liked it. So...what went wrong with muh bits and pieces?

If you were definitely in the mood, getting a lot of pleasure/stimulation from it and were pretty horny, then it could be that you were TOO into it. It's similar to how virgins sometimes cannot climax because they're too excited about what's happening, instead of climaxing too quickly.

Other factors can cause an inability to climax too, such as stress/anxiety.

    All the best.

This is a dangerous path you are starting on.

This is how people get addicted to porn, and please dont laugh about this because it is a very serious matter.

What you are describing are very real common side effects of extreme porn. What happens over time is if you watch porn a bunch over time, you need something more and more extreme to get you excited. And if it is something that is really out-there, it can cause adrenaline rush sensations like you described, which can be quite addictive.

How often do you masturbate with porn? Do you still use your own fantasies or imagination? Or can you only really get off (or get off better) when you watch porn. Those are the early signs of porn addiction.

What I can tell you is that the less you watch porn (I am not advocating to quite completely), and the more you use imagination and fantasy, the better your orgasims will be by FAR!

    Hope that helps a little,

Well, I'm not so sure this is it...I don't think
It's not that I needed more "extreme" porn to get off, I just thought the people in it looked attractive, so I clicked on it. I wasn't actively seeking something that was so...domination geared. Also, if ever I were to get addicted to adrenaline rushes, I can find much better ways to get them  Tattoos and piercings, for example.
I honestly don't feel at all that what happened was a harbinger of a porn addiction.
