If you orgasm in a dream, do you actually orgasm physically or does that sensation just stay in your head?
Usually it happens physically too, although I've had one occasion I can remember where it only happened in my dream (I woke up immediately afterwards and there was no 'evidence' ). I expect it may be an individual thing though.
I honestly dont know if it is different for women, but for me at least in the few situations where it has happened, it was a physical thing. Although I have had a few where I wake up and there is nothing also.
I have had precisely one "wet dream" in my life...quite intriguing, I remember the erotic dream too...quite revealing!
