How can you tell the difference between mammary gland lumps and other lumps that you should be concerned about?

The best way is just to know your breasts. At 23 your risk for breast cancer is negligible, so spend time now checking out your breasts and learning how they're supposed to feel. Later you will be able to recognise abnormal lumps because you will know what normal feels like.
