Is it normal for the guy's g spot to become more sensitive?

Its just something that I have personally noticed, since I have been getting some pretty much regularly (I am in a proper relationship) and I am bottom, I have noticed that my g-spot has become alot more sensitive.

Is this to be expected?

I mean I am not complaining obviously :-D
